Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unopened products in perfect condition.

Send an e-mail to contact@nuho.ch quoting your order number. You will receive the return address and procedure.

Borne by the customer, except for defective products or an error on our part.

Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the original payment method. You will be notified by e-mail.

Opened or consumed products cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons, in accordance with the Swiss Foodstuffs Act (LMG).
