Terms of service

1. General

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the business relationship between nuho health SA, Rue des Usines 44, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland (hereinafter "nuho", "we", "us") and you, the customer (hereinafter "you", "customer").

By placing an order through our online store at nuho.ch, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT (MwSt). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They should not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

3. Orders and Payment

An order constitutes a binding offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, TWINT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are recurring purchases at discounted rates. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the agreed interval (monthly or prepaid). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at contact@nuho.ch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Switzerland. Domestic shipping is free of charge. International shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times within Switzerland are 2-5 business days via Swiss Post. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@nuho.ch before returning the product.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons, unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

7. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee that our products comply with Swiss food safety regulations and the specifications described on our website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on nuho.ch, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of nuho health SA and is protected by Swiss and international copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Swiss data protection law (nDSG).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Neuchâtel, Switzerland, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
