Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your NUHO purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility

• You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition
• Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons

How to Return

1. Contact us at contact@nuho.ch within 14 days of receiving your order
2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Ship the product back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective)

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@nuho.ch with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current period, but no further charges will be made.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
